About the Role:

Line Manager : QA Manager

Location : Douala

Type of contract : Full Time

Responsible for ensuring that QA aspects and requirements are well rolled-out in Project all the time and that special projects are followed and executed in compliance to Food safety and applicable Quality requirement.

Liaise with other QA supervisor/Lead during the project execution to ensure smooth hand over.

Liaise with contractors and project stakeholder departments to ensure the task is well achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

Identification of All QA applicable requirements related to the project

Ensuring that Relevant documentation and forms are deployed and used (Change management and DFMEA, Update form etc..)

Assist in the process capability studies of new installations

Ensure proper validation process of new installations (Design validation, installation validation, operational validation, and performance validation)

Support shop floor validation of HACCP flow diagram

Support in day-to-day process risk assessment on the shop floor

Provide Updated QA documentation at the end of the project

Conduct and support QA Continuous Improvement projects

Ensure training and update of QA staff at the end of the project

Leading development project meetings and coordinate periodic review of projects status and results for QA projects

Ensure initial training Onboarding of new joiner in QA department

About You:

University graduate in Science / Biochemistry / Or Food Processing Engineering

Minimum 05 years of QA experience in international Food processing  or pharmaceutical organization

Bilingual (Speaking/ writing ) French/English

Good In Statistics and reporting tool (Statistics and Process Control, Power Point, Google drive, etc..)

Project management and continuous improvement

Good Manufacturing Practices  / Good Warehouse Practices

Ability to work with less supervision

Timely reporting

Good communication skill

Ability to work under pressure
