Mission :
The Senior Manager, Digital Services leads the development and implementation of the data and digital strategies in order to achieve revenue targets. This includes (not restricted to) mobile/fixed data and digital Services penetration and revenue, digital services management from selection to retirement, device management (sales, promotion and experiential), country digital services ecosystem development.
Profil :
Minimum of 3 year qualification in Engineering or Marketing/ Masters would be an advantage
Minimum of 8 years of work experience in telecoms/ICT/Digital services industries
At least 5 years of experience in managing data and digital services at managerial level, with successful track record
Experience in business development would be an advantage.
Fluent in English and French
Deep understanding and knowledge of mobile data business, digital services and ecosystem, mobile financial services and ecosystem
Good understanding and knowledge of Business and strategic planning
Knowledge of consumer behaviour and market dynamics
Understanding of market research principles, mobile technology as well as national and global trends
Understanding of the factors impacting consumer demand, financial modeling, Customer Experience principles
