Mission :

Mission

Develop and implement the end-to-end value propositions, products and services portfolio and Customer experience design across all Consumer Segments  touch point as defined by the company’s Business strategy.

The position is responsible for creating sustainable, profitable market value and volume growth within the consumer segments by creating value propositions that differentiate MTN from its competitors, developing end-to-end customer experience and driving brand affinity that allows the company to grow and retain its customer base.

Profil :

Education:

Minimum of 4 years’ tertiary qualification in Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration

Masters advantageous

Fluent in English and French

Experience:

Minimum 8 years  with 5 years of relevant work experience in a global / multinational business environment (understanding of emerging markets advantageous)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Business intelligence of which 4 years’ experience in telecoms industry

Manager track record of 5 years or more, with at least 3 years in relevant sector/industry

Experience in leading change / transformation (marketing) at an operational level advantageous

Experience in continuous improvement through the implementation of best practices

Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageou

Knowledge:

Business and strategic planning

Financial and profitability modeling

B2C and B2C marketing and distribution principles

Customer Lifecycle Value Management and predictive Analytics

Customer behavior and Market Dynamics

Customer Experience Design principles

Mobile financial services ecosystem

Skills/ competencies:

Niveau d’études : MASTER 2 / BAC+5

Spécialisation :
