Mission :
Lead and drive the customer relationships with customer teams
Formalize commercial and Marketing strategic plan with the Commercial Team
Deliver the sales and commercial plan along the entire customer journey: mutual learning, offers & proposals, sales agreement, order, service delivery, customer loyalty
Ensure the daily follow up of the integration/activation plan of the portfolio acquired : formalize project plan, assign task, deadline and responsibilities, coordinate with all stakeholders (Technical, legal & finance) to ensure timely activation of new sites
Ensure proper and full execution of Order to Cash Process
Responsibility for tracking performance against budget and forecasts, and preparing all ad-hoc performance reports required
Anticipate customer’s annual rollout plan and prepare annual budget
Formalise and document all new Standard Operating Procedures
Identify risk and opportunities among the plan execution
Lead /coordinate the Communication & Sustainablity Team, participation in events, branding, PR in consultation with the Group Comms & Sust Team
Take responsibility for Group Brand alignment
Profil :
Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Strategy, Communication or relevant discipline – Post graduate qualification is desirable
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing/Strategy/communication in B2B environment
Good understanding of Telecom environment
Self-driven, organized and detail- oriented, producing high quality delivery within strict deadlines
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external clients
Business focused with a strong analytical
Track record of ownership, and getting the job
Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
Highly structured, comfortable with uncertainty and is dynamic
Strategic and marketing experience
Possesses Project Management skills
Experience in the Africa Market
Niveau d’études : MASTER 2 / BAC+5
Spécialisation :
Niveau d’expérience : Expérimenté (de 10 à 20 ans)
Langues :
Anglais : Maîtrise courante
Français : Maîtrise courante
