Francophone OTC Trader/Relationship Manager (FinTech/Cryptocurrency)

3 years experience working in B2B technology or financial services relationship management

Fluency in French and English required

Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager

Proven experience as an OTC Trader

Experience with trading in other parts of Africa – not just the developed world, the institutional world

Have to have an entrepreneurial mind

Knowledge of the Crypto Industry required

Knowledge of the Blockchain space required

Experience in FinTech required

Able to communicate cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Support, Compliance and other departments.

A proactive results-driven person

Able to work independently and execute tasks with intuition, based on broad instructions/objectives from superiors

Able to help with day-to-day operations for the manager

Time management and organisational skills to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines

The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload

Excellent attention to detail

Possess excellent interpersonal skills

An ability to work under pressure, particularly when dealing with threats and at times of high demand.


Manage and grow revenue with previously established relationships with institutional clients

Execute trades in close collaboration with others

Keeping track of client feedback and recommending product improvements

Ensure accurate and timely record keeping processes are followed

Adhere to all risk management policies and processes including financial exposure limits and compliance requirements

Maintain the image and vision of the organisation by providing excellent customer service

Achieve the revenue goals of the company

Display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction
