Job Description

Smit Lamnalco has an opening for a:

Customs & Logistics Officer

The Customs and Logistics Officer performs single or multiple duties related to bank/cash, payments and/or invoices, customs and provides other related logistics support tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage all imports/exports and custom clearing agents.

Manage foreign vendor payments.

Set up Custom duty documents filing.

Assist in bank transactions between local bank and group company.

Follow up the transport table and on monitory requirements in the region.

Assist in drafting vendor contracts for top local vendors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

1 to 3 years relevant work experience. Preferable in the Marine and/or Oil and Gas Industry.

A bachelor degree.

Experience in handling smaller (multiple) administrations, contracts and/or entities.
