Intel HR Consulting is looking for a Knowledge Manager for one of it’s client.
PURPOSE OF STATEMENT
The knowledge Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of running the Kn Division including budget responsibility, Sales/Marketing management, auditor, back-office and financial management, staffing, training, systems improvement and interface with the other international client’s affiliates for registration and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Strategy Planning/Budgeting – Ensure the development of the annual strategic plan from which the financial budget will be developed. You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring and corrective action of business strategy and budgets.
Resourcing – Ensure the monitoring, identification, and recruitment of additional staff requirements in line with business growth and development and for achieving all identified targets for auditor utilization, sales targets, and back-office and customer service targets.
Staff Training – You will be responsible for the training program and schedules of local trainees, with the objective of developing local resources for the business as determined by the group business development strategy.
Sales/Marketing – Drive the sales/marketing activities through the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans and teams. You will also be required effectively manage all sales and marketing staff and ensure that the most effective sales processes are in place and in-line with Kn global requirements.
New Products: Evaluate the market for new product opportunities, identify and inform the Kn business team on any new initiatives, as well as aggressively roll-out new identified products in your affiliate
Cost Control – Ensure the cost control in line with budgeted objectives and take preventative and corrective and corrective action when required.
Reporting – Ensure the preparation, reporting and monitoring of monthly activities in line with company reporting format and schedules.
Internal Quality – Maintain and improve internal quality systems requirement as defined by Kn Business and for implementation and maintenance of Global Procedures.
Succession Planning – Ensure the development of your immediate supervisors.
Cross-Selling – As a senior manager of the company, you are required to work closely with other divisional manager, offer constructive input at meetings and assist in the cross selling of divisional Organization’s Services.
Qualifications
Master in quality management
Minimum 07 years of professional experience in the field of quality or consulting.
Knowledge of management system standards
Certified Auditor
Mastery of computer tools.
Fluency in French and English
High level of leadership skills
People Management Skills / Experience
Sales management experience.
Ability to drive and lead change.
Analytical, decisive, adaptable, ethical, problem solver, persuasive, commercially sensitive
Customer and commercial focus
Verbal & written communication skills – highly developed presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior government officials, and senior management of organizations.
Team player with ability to operate without close supervision.
Multiple language proficiency is an advantage
