Neero is revolutionizing the way people in Cameroon manage their finances with our groundbreaking mobile app.

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with strong experience in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to join our team and help bring our innovative product to life.

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our products. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create high-quality design assets.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to define and design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.

Use Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our mobile app.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs

Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent and cohesive design across our products.

Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and continuously improve design skills.

Contribute to the development of the product design team’s culture, processes, and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating user-centered designs for mobile apps.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and user experience design for mobile apps.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
