Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle
Yango is a ridehailing platform that makes ordering rides easier and faster. We operate in over 800 major cities across more than 20 countries.
We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to expand and develop our partner network.
The main goal of this position is to attract new active partners and fleets, thereby increasing the company’s in-country turnover.
Responsibilities:
Lead and expand a cross-functional team of operational, business development, and marketing managers to bring more partners and drivers online
Build scalable processes for partner acquisition
Conduct negotiations with partners and manage the marketplace balance
Manage partners to achieve set goals
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills, leadership experience (large or small teams), and ability to build a team from scratch, inspire people, and win their trust
Business savvy with an understanding of the key concepts of unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finance
Willingness to thoroughly investigate details and operations
Data-driven approach with an understanding of dependencies and correlations between metrics as well as an ability to understand the factors contributing to the numbers
Strong understanding of the market specifics inherent to doing business
Fluent spoken and written English
