Principal Mission

Under the supervision of the SAP Data Conversion & Reporting Engineer, the SAP Data Analyst’s role will be to manage the master data set, develop reports and resolve data issues. He/she will monitor performance and perform quality control to identify areas for improvement in the data management system.

Key Activities and Tasks

Identify data ;

Collect data;

Clean and prepare data;

Analyse and interpret data;

Create reports and dashboards in collaboration with relevant staff.

Required Profile

Minimum of 3 years of higher education in the field of computer science;

Minimum 1-year experience in data analysis;

Linux/Windows/Cloud/System Administration certification would be an asset.

Technical skills

Good knowledge of SQL programming/query techniques, data mining, data analysis and manipulation, information presentation models (tables, graphs), algorithms and statistics (regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neutral networks, etc);

Good knowledge of visualisation and analysis tools (Power BI (Business Intelligence); SQL (Structured Query Language) Developer), database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle), SQL regular expressions, stored procedures, Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Access, MS VISIO;

Good knowledge of office automation tools (Pack Office) and digital tools;

Good knowledge of survey tools (Google Forms, GLPI, MS Suite);

Good knowledge of Geographic Information System;

Good knowledge of MS Office, mobile systems, web solutions, internet;

Good knowledge of project management;

Good knowledge of Information Systems improvement and governance tools (SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle), PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act), Agile, PMP (Project Management Professional), COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology)).
