Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

OrderFirst LTD is a fast-growing B2B distribution digital service provider and consulting company. We are engaging in our expansion phase in Cameroon and with the goal of establishing the company as the #1 leading player in the Central African sub region.

We are hiring a Sales Administrator, who will join our team to administer our systems. We’re looking for someone who is energetic and creative; who is persistent and resilient; who likes tackling problems and has a passion for shaping the future and positioning our brand as a thought leader in the B2B distribution digital space.

MUST HAVE Competences;

  1. Master the Management of an E-commerce system’s ADMIN PANEL
  1. Master the management of a Delivery / Taxi system’s ADMIN PANEL

III. Have an Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  1. Have an Intermediate knowledge on Digital Marketing. Handling company Social Media Accounts, doing Photoshop and running LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Ads etc.

Your main duties and responsibilities for this role include:

Manage user accounts; create new accounts and distribute login information

Acting as the primary point of contact for any controlled changes within the system, including field customizations, user role management, etc.

Fix or raise tickets on any data inconsistencies, making sure data is complete, accurate, and serving customer needs.

Keep user manuals/procedures updated.

Administer user training as needed, both individual and in groups.

Support communication and training on both internal and external staffs. Support the follow-up with staffs that do not meet requirements as needed.

Other duties as assign by hierarchy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required.

Experience with operations/administration of websites, platforms, or databases.

At least three (3) years of relevant work experience on a similar role.

Must be able to communicate in a well-organized fashion in English and French.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of information quickly and accurately.

Excellent customer service skills.
