Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

Responsibilities

Project commercial solution design, contract drafting, contract negotiation, and contract risk and dispute resolution support project operations. Manage the contract fulfillment of the project, get involved early, interpret the contract, organize the project contract handover, execute the change process, resolve project disputes, and close the contract in a timely manner.

  1. Commercial bidding: Lead and participate in overseas telecom bidding projects, develop commercial solutions, respond to commercial bids, and develop tender documents.
  1. Contract drafting: Draft/write contract T&Cs, identify T&C risks, develop improvement plans, and take responsibility for the quality of contract texts.
  1. Contract negotiation: Participate in contract negotiation according to the established negotiation objectives and strategies, mitigate contract risks, and ensure contract quality.
  1. Comprehensive business analysis: Collect and analyze business information such as local business environment information, customer requirements information, competitors information, and industry development information, and formulate and improve business models and business solutions.
  1. Contract fulfillment: Contract analysis, contract fulfillment status management, fulfillment risk management, contract change and claim management, and contract closure management to ensure timely, accurate, high-quality, and low-cost delivery of contracts and accelerate billing and cash collection.

Knowledge and skills related to the contract commerce domain are preferred, such as basic telecom knowledge, commercial, legal, and financial knowledge, contract reading and writing knowledge and skills, operational tools and processes, and customer understanding and communication.

Language ability: English is fluent and can be used as a working language.
