Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

JD for Technical Operation Engineer

Experience : 3 – 5 years

Location: Cameroon

  • Should have hands on experience on Linux platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).
  • Vendor/ Client management
  • Tracking Cases and follow-ups accordingly ( Incidents Management )
  • System Monitoring,
  • Trouble Ticket Logging ,
  • Helpdesk Management
  • Capacity Monitoring,
  • End-User Outage Notification.
  • End to end coordination for any critical issues
  • Technical and Business KPI Monitoring .
  • Preparation of Dashboard and Planning of monthly governance call .
  • Should have worked with any RDBMS. Hands on experience with MySql preferred.
  • Should have good knowledge of sql queries
  • Good understanding of Telecom domain, GSM architecture, VAS. Exposure to SIP & 4G Networks.
  • Networking – Concepts, basic protocols, devices used and different topologies used.

Analytical Skills and VAS operations Knowledge:
