Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

JD for Technical Operation Engineer

Experience : 3 – 5 years

Location: Cameroon

Should have hands on experience on Linux platform, should be able to troubleshoot issues related to Application & Linux environments (clustering, high availability, load balancing etc.).
Vendor/ Client management
Tracking Cases and follow-ups accordingly ( Incidents Management )
System Monitoring,
Trouble Ticket Logging ,
Helpdesk Management
Capacity Monitoring,
End-User Outage Notification.
End to end coordination for any critical issues
Technical and Business KPI Monitoring .
Preparation of Dashboard and Planning of monthly governance call .
Should have worked with any RDBMS. Hands on experience with MySql preferred.
Should have good knowledge of sql queries
Good understanding of Telecom domain, GSM architecture, VAS. Exposure to SIP & 4G Networks.
Networking – Concepts, basic protocols, devices used and different topologies used.

Analytical Skills and VAS operations Knowledge:
