Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

Description

Reporting to the Country Manager and Regional Finance Manager, the Business Analyst will be responsible for all finance related matters in Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea including Receivables, Treasury and Cost management and will drive projects such as the deployment of a new ERP (SAP) as part of our global program.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Receivables, Treasury and Cost management in Cameroon; Equatorial Guinea

Provides financial support to the Country Manager and Finance Manager and Managers by assessing business trends, developing root causes of business issues, complying with company’s accounting practices and identifying opportunities for reduced costs and improved productivity/efficiency

Participates in corporate compliance programs and internal/external audits

Assists with financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of results vs objectives within specified intervals (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

Develops and evaluates business or project financial metrics and drivers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field

5 years’ experience in Finance

Professional certification (DCG, MSTCF, DUT comptabilité ou Licence en Economie) is mandatory

Previous experience in multinational or audit firm will be an added advantage

Excellent working knowledge of English is mandatory
