Position

The Financial Reporting Specialist is responsible for the analysis, production, and distribution of statements for clients of the Global Family Office.  This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.

Responsibilities

Prepare balance sheet, profit & losses, consolidated reports, and ad hoc analytical reports

Gather client information across all investment institutions and reconcile investment reports (capital gains, interest/dividend income, alternative/fixed income securities, etc.)

Update monthly financial reports and conduct investment analysis of monthly reports

Respond to client requests in a timely and accurate manner

Provide technical expertise in client reporting processes and systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required

2 to 4 years of related experience with a broad understanding of investment assets

Experience with Fixed Income/Alternative assets a plus

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills

Good communication skills

Highly motivated, organized, and diligent with ability to work independently

High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
