Position

The Bill Concierge Services Manager is responsible for the overall direction and management of the bill pay services for Rockefeller clients. This individual directs the activities of the team and will be responsible for leading an end-to-end process transformation to improve workflows and better leverage technology across the function.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the team managing bill pay services
• Review weekly and monthly client reporting for accuracy
• Partner with the Client Advisors teams to evaluate client needs and provide advise on ongoing bill pay services
• Responsible for solving accounting problems and maintaining accurate books and records for clients and their related entities
• Collaboration with third-party vendors and other financial institutions
• Oversees the creation and ongoing management of contracts related to bill pay services
• Lead in the identification and implementation of systems and processes to support the function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting or related field
• 5-7 years of accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Experience with Bill.com or bill payment service, a plus
