ELECTRICAL ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF DISTRIBUTION NETWORK PLANNING, INGÉNIEUR ÉLECTRIQUE CHARGÉ DE LA PLANIFICATION DU RÉSEAU DE DISTRIBUTION, Douala, Eneo Cameroun

Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

Core mission :

The Electrical Engineer in Charge of Distribution Network Planning is tasked with carrying out short, medium and long -term planning studies for electricity distribution networks in order to improve service quality, network efficiency and reduce energy loss.

Main activities and duties

Participate in strategic management;

Design master plans for MV electricity networks;

Produce designs for LV electricity networks;

Update periodically master plans for MV distribution networks;

Monitor execution of master plans;

Monitor changes in loads;

Produce the monograph for subdivisions;

Prospect for new demand;

Your profile

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology;

At least two (02) years of experience in the field of studies relating to networks;

Certification in the electricity domain or project management would be a plus.

Technical skills

Have proper mastery of electrical network methods, tools and standards;

Have proper mastery of electricity generation facilities;

Have proper mastery of electricity transmission facilities;

Have proper mastery of electrical network distribution facilities;

Have project management knowledge;

Have proper mastery of GIS tools;

Have proper mastery of HSE norms;

Personal skills

Team player;

Good communicator & persuasive ;

Can see the big picture & analytical ;

Honesty, commitment ;

Availability ;

Persevering.
