As the Sales Support Engineer you will be an integral part of the DIOOL team. You’ll be joining the team to help build a critical part of how DIOOL provides an excellent product and customer experience.

Responsible for pre- and post-sales technical support.

Responsible for responding to technical queries from prospects and customers, running demos, creating demos and prototypes using the Diool API.

Responsible helping customers to develop their own applications around the Diool API.

As Diool’s technical antenna in the field, you will interact frequently with Product and Development teams.

Maintain clear, concise, and positive communication for all cases in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups with customers, team members, and engineers


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree/experience preferred

Has experience of at least 2-4 years of experience in startup or financial services environment and be able to work independently with little instruction.

Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal) and customer service skills as well as troubleshooting skills are a must

Fluent French (C1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required, any other language is a plus
