The team you’ll be part of

In this role you will be member of MEA Project Management Team within MEA MN RBC Local Delivery Organization (LDO) as Customer Project Manager within a team culture built on Open , Fearless and being empowered. CPM ensures customer RAN (2G/3G/4G & 5G) and / Or Microwave projects / programmes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Also, you will be key customer interface, and key interface with SBM, CDM, preslaes, CPM, Logistics manager and all operational project team.

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN) with strong Microwave portfolio within main suppliers.

Are you owning strong project Management , strong communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills

As part of our team, you will:

Ensures customer projects / programmes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, schedule, and quality

Responsible for all the project phases from start up, planning, execution, Monitor and control till closure.

Management of customer (and all stakeholder) relationships and expectations during the contract fulfilment as well as project team members / resources.

Responsible for the overall project success with respect to internal customer satisfaction, financial results, health & safety control activities, and operational delivery performance

Contains project risk management, and driving of improvement actions to secure project gross margin and upselling and cross-selling.

What you will learn and contribute to

Your skills and experience

You have:

5+ Years experience in Nokia Microwave Project and Rollout Management within Big scale projects.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Strong Project and Technical Management for big Microwave projects.

Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing skills

Fluent in French.

It would be nice if you also had:

PMP Certification.

Local country culture Knowledge.

8 years + experience in project management delivery in large projects

Strong Radio access  experience and capabilities (2G/3G/4G and SRAN new and swap delivery experience)

PDM Certified

PMP (preferred)

English speaking

Bachelor of Engineering
