Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

Healthlane’s mission is to simplify the way people understand, track and optimize their health. To achieve this, we carry out comprehensive health checks and provide personalized care plans to our clients. Our services are premium services.

Responsibilities:

If you are result-driven, then you fit this role. Your main responsibility is to generate leads and close sales. This is mainly by direct sales of Healthlane services to individuals and not limited to managers, top executives, young entrepreneurs, businessmen, etc. Note that this role requires you to be outdoors most of the time. Here are some of the responsibilities for this position:

1 – Actively seek out customers in different locations such as corporate workplaces, marketplace, gyms, salons, hotels, lounges, etc.

2 – Follow and achieve Healthlane’s sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

3 – Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

4 – Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

5 – “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.

6 – Remain knowledgeable on products/services offered by Healthlane.

7 – Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

8 – Build productive trust relationships with customers.

9 – Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, etc.).

10 – Report at the end of each day to your direct supervisor.

11 – You will be required to design your own strategy to reach your target goals and will only be required to meet in the office as need arises.

12 – Work primarily from Douala

13 – Within your first month, you will be required to have a minimum conversion and grow these conversions week-on-week. Compensation is dependent on meeting the targets.

8 – Able to meet targets within timeline

9 – Background in healthcare is an added advantage

Compensation:

Basic stipend (monthly net): 250,000 FCFA to cover for phone calls, transport, internet connectivity.

Commission per conversion: you will also receive a monthly commission based on your conversions as detailed.

Duration: This will be an initial 3 months’ role with the possibility of renewal after evaluation and possibility of a permanent role and promotion should your performance and conversions be world-class.

Tools:

1 – Upon recruitment, you will undergo a one day to one week training on Healthlane’s mission, vision, values, products and services, pricing, sales strategy required for you to perform your duties.

2 – You will also be provided with complementary cards as need arises.

3 – Marketing materials such as flyers, brochures will be made available to you for work purposes.
