Guinness Cameroon S.A (GCSA) is a coordinated Supply and Demand business, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Diageo. It sits within Diageo Africa (AEM) as the second biggest GUINNESS market. Packaging hall operating with 3 high speed automated packaging lines operating at 1.7 million hectoliters.

Spirit blending and packaging line with a capacity of 22kbph. Highly driven market where asset care management have a huge impact on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and company profitability.

Site undertaking 4x8hr shift, with the three lines operating simultaneously.

Guinness Cameroon operates across a portfolio of products including Spirits, Stout, Lager,

Ready to Drink and non-alcoholic products, and sells roughly 1 300 000hl per annum.

quality products, service and innovation


Based in the Headquarters, the role reports directly to the Managing Director/Functional Directors.

Key contacts are members of the Execs, functional leadership teams and other senior partner above market and their Secretaries and Assistants.

The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial services to Managing Director/Functional Directors and their functional leadership teams.  It also ensures that specific tasks are completed on time and ensure adequate support is given to the team.

You will work across the specific function assigned (MD office, Supply, HR, CR, Legal, Commercial and Marketing functions), providing managerial support in interpersonal and administrative areas of the business.


University degree holder in Secretarial duties or related field

You should possess good interpersonal skills across the business functions.

Excellent communication skills

Ability and skill to use IT software’s

You should also be seen as living the Diageo values and also possess high-class equity leadership skills.

Knowledgeable about the core function of the business.

Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Bilingual (English & French)


As Team Assistant:

Handling of delegable assignment to the Managing Director/Functional Directors

To provide support to the Managing Director/Functional Directors and functional Leadership Team.

Ensure all personal and confidential matters are handled in a very discreet manner.

Play an interfacing role by collaborating closely between the Managing Director/Functional Directors and functional leadership teams.

Provides administrative support for overseas visitors’ i.e. Letter of Invitation, booking hotel accommodation, airport transfers, security escorts etc.
