Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

Kibo is on a mission to educate the next billion. We’re building an online university to offer affordable and high-quality STEM degrees to African students, starting with computer Science. In 2021, we launched a series of programming and communication skills bootcamps, as well as a Maths Challenge to engage Maths enthusiasts at the senior secondary school level. We will launch a degree in Computer Science in H2 2022 targeting learners in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. We’re looking for a Program Manager to manage and expand our non-degree programs. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial and creative problem-solver to join at an early stage, and impact the future of online learning in Africa.

Run admissions, operations, community management and alumni engagement for quarterly Try Kibo bootcamps with ~1000 learners per cohort

Run recruitment, technical onboarding, and ongoing engagement activities for Kibo Maths Challenge with ~500 schools participating per academic cycle

Innovate on current programs to create more scalable yet delightful user experiences

Track and analyse data to improve customer acquisition and student success outcomes

Build relationships with partner organizations to accelerate learner outcomes / success

Launch new offerings to support our vision to help African learners thrive
