Are you an experienced Marketing Manager? Then we have the opportunity for you!

Our client, an American-based remote company, is looking to hire a Marketing Manager (FinTech/Cryptocurrency) located in Lagos, Nigeria. You will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and should have the ability to identify new business leads. A marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

You will be responsible for promoting the company’s brand, digital and offline services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and campaigns, as well as preparing forecasts.

Job Type: Full time – Remote


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

At least 3 + years experience as a marketing manager

Experience within Advertising Agency

Proficiency in Email marketing, CMS management, Project management tools.

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns.

Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate


Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

Increasing brand awareness and market share.

Coordinating marketing strategies with the Operations, financial, public relations, and relevant departments.

Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
