Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

At Upya, our mission is to digitize last mile distribution and help bring essential goods to billions of under-served people around the world.

Our clients are “Last Mile Distributors” who operate in frontier markets. They sell impact products from solar home systems, to solar pumps and clean cookstoves. Some operate for profits and other collect Carbon Credits thanks to the CO2 emission they help avoid. We are here to help them digitize their business and expand their reach and impact. We work with distributors in more than 25 countries, across Asia and Africa.

Our Customer Success Team helps our clients adopt our products and make the most of it. But it also can advise them on their wider organizational structure and business model strategy.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers achieve their desired goals and beyond.


  • In-depth understanding of all of Upya’s products
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • In-depth understanding of assigned clients business models, needs and challenges
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals


  • 3-years + experience in customer success in a SaaS start-up or B2B large corporate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
