As the Ops lead, you will be an integral part of the Diool team. You’ll be joining the team to help build all operational processes, designing/reshaping them to ensure user onboarding, activity, support and growth quality gets the highest marks towards growth.
While working closely with dev, growth, legal and support teams, potentially straddling across product design and operations
Design and implement new processes for internal operations related to the onboarding of new users.
Creating recommendations for how to do specific sales operations activities
Setup and improve current operational systems (e.g. Pipedrive for sales, Zendesk and Crisp for customer support)
Interfacing with product (e.g. designing a process for feature requests)
Help produce and implement a business continuity plan
Create team structures and communications plans which can ensure smooth business continuity.
Interact with partners on technical and or logistics issues
Providing feedback to the founding team on strategy, internal operations, etc.
Enjoys coordinating and managing complex projects and groups.
Masters the use of excel for tracking data and designing ops flows.
Familiar with no-code or low-code tools and apps integration, coding is a plus
Is very well organized and comfortable switching between tasks frequently.
Has a startup can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things.
Must be knowledgeable about project management.
Has experience deploying products and activating customers with at least 3-5 years of similar experience.
Ideally be located in Douala or is willing to relocate.
Good French (B1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required, any other language is a plus.
