Reports to: Project Director

Our client is a multinational MEP Contracting and Engineering Company in Ghana.


The Sales Specialist will primarily be responsible for identifying sales/business opportunities for business growth, optimizing marketing strategy and managing sales team to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.

Identify new clients to introduce the quality of company services and follow up to close business deals

Carry out market research to develop new strategies and clients

Create networking opportunity to bring business to the company

Evaluate and improve sales, marketing and brand strategies.

Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.

Determine and set goals & objectives for sales activities.

Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.

Prepare sales and marketing budgets.

Drive sales in accordance to projected sales forecasts.

Undertake any other duties assigned by management


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field

Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the same or similar role.

Experience in sales within the construction, real estate or architecture sectors is an advantage

Excellent customer service and sales experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, planning, research, and critical thinking skills

Excellent networking, interpersonal relation, and communication (verbal & written) skills.

Ability to maintain strong clientele relationship

Must have strong negotiation skills

Keen attention to detail and must be innovative & creative

Strong proficiency in Office Suite
