Role Responsibilities/ Responsabilités du rôle

ROLE PURPOSE

Partner Development Managers help partners transform and grow their business in the cloud by developing comprehensive plans for a portfolio of partners to identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Bachelor’s Post Graduate degree and Microsoft Azure or Modern Workplace certification

Fluent English and Portuguese

3-5 years’ working experience in a CSP (Cloud Solutions Provided) or distributor environment / sales experience

Microsoft Product knowledge – Azure, Modern Workplace or Dynamics, Microsoft CSP or similar distributor knowledge

KEY OUTPUTS

Manage the revenue within the territory. Be responsible for all the cloud platform stakeholders, both within and external to Liquid Intelligent Technologies, to ensure that they are well informed and able to make the decisions which drive the appropriate direction of the cloud platform

Be responsible for knowing who the cloud platform’s customers are and understanding their requirements.

Risk and issue management, including mitigation and contingency execution.

Requirements management, quality management, scope management, cost management, resource management, schedule management and project integration management during the execution of projects.

Responsible for all partner reporting, analysis and insight, pricing report coordination and feedback to senior management. Liaise with all stakeholders on data segmentation and enrichment of information.

Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements and provide informed business decisions.

Partners – On-board, train, nurture and optimize partners as per Liquid Partner Program. Compile and present business cases and ensure profitability within territory. Prepares quality presentations for the meetings/engagements. Execute on GTMs. Ensure partner payments are processed timeously. Creation of partner specific business (growth) partners.
