Paribet is a mobile sport betting company operating in a number of African markets and launching in Cameroon in January 2022. We are marketing a simple to use, Football only sportsbook. SIMPLE, FAST, FOOTBALL BETS.

Who we are looking for:

Customer Service Representative with a passion for football, some knowledge of football betting and a can-do attitude that puts the customer first. Solving our customers problems fast with a friendly approach is key to top level customer service.

You will interact, empathise with, and resolve a variety of betting, registration, KYC and payment related queries making well-informed decisions and working in a fast-paced customer focused team. When necessary, you will escalate more difficult issues to appropriate support employees. Customer will contact you via telephone, Live Chat, and email, you will play a fundamental part in building the best Paribet customer experience.

Our ideal applicant is an exceptional communicator, good listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a superb multi-tasker who can operate in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.

Sport and betting knowledge is not essential as our comprehensive training plan assists with your development, ensuring you reach your full potential to succeed in your Paribet career. However, some knowledge of sports betting would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, and social media

Guide customer on how to use the company’s product, helping to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthening customer relationships.

Setup and resolve customer problems and complaints. Individual must be able to gauge the customer’s technical ability and communicate with them in appropriate technical or non-technical language in a non-condescending manner.

Acquire excellent product knowledge, to guarantee the quality of service provided to customers.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments

Provide customers with adequate information

Follow company process accurately and efficiently.

Promoting responsible gaming, awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.

Preferred skills and experience

Excellent listening skills.

Excellent verbal and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English & French to provide effective communication and support.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

High level of professionalism and empathy

Effective problem solver and Team player

Ability to multi-task.

Due to the busy sporting calendar all year round, this position is offered on a full-time and remote basis requiring a flexible approach to our round the clock working hours, while working any five out of seven days per week, including evenings and federal holidays.
