Job Description

Mission

You’ll be helping users navigate their journey on the platform, from their 1st login to their most frequent use. Work closely with the other diool teams to improve user retention and satisfaction

Outcomes

  1. Respond to user requests on the various communications channels established (website, digital platforms, emails, etc)
  2. Suggest and design tutorials and user support content. Work with the rest of team to distribute it efficiently across all channels
  3. Review, monitor and improve operational efficiency of user support
