Customer Support Systems Specialist, Spécialiste des systèmes de soutien à la clientèle, Yaoundé, betPawa

As a Customer Support Systems Specialist, you will join our Support Excellence team and be primarily tasked with providing our support teams with training and documentation support.






? Create and maintain training content in scalable


delivery formats


? Create and maintain user support manuals for our support teams


? Drive initiatives to generate dynamic self-help page contents that will deflect ticket volume


? Prepare and present progress reports on knowledge improvements






? Minimum of 2 years previous customer support experience


? Experience with creating training plans and/or training materials in video formats


? Proven ability to simplify and document technical information for non-technical users


? Well organized, and a self-starter


? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English




Beneficial skills:


? Knowledge of the sports betting industry


? Experience with CMS editors
